Dr. Shetay Ashford-Hanserd is the founder of Technology 4 LIFE Institute, which is managed by her company K Empowerment Group LLC. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in career and workforce education from the University of South Florida. She has 20 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering online, blended, and classroom-based training in information technology (IT), academic, and nonprofit sectors. She has served as an IT consultant, training consultant, technical trainer, and global training program manager at Fortune 50/500 companies such as General Electric, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Dell Technologies. At PwC (2000-2002), she trained global entry-level IT Consultants to design, develop and test web and n-tier applications utilizing Java/J2EE technologies, Visual C++, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, JBuilder, Microsoft Visual Studio; Oracle, and SQL. During her 7-year tenure at Dell, she led medium and large-scale international training programs rollouts across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Japan.

Dr. Fink is a Consultant and Evaluator with the Technology 4 LIFE Institute conducting program evaluations, developing instructional materials, and editing theses and dissertations. She possesses expert level skills in curriculum development and design, Adult Learning Theory, e-Learning, Universal Design, professional development and training, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Screencast-O-Matic, Blackboard, Thinkific, and Google Classroom. In addition, Dr. Hayes is proficient in Canvas and Quality Matters (QM) standards.
